holidays over - super melt
Well, we have all made it through the holidays. I can say we have another one to go under our belt.

lots of things are going on this time of year. You have the returns or use of the new presents you may have. Clean up of the x-mas decorations. Around my place it is in the process of some freakish meltdown of all the snow. My catch is fixing leaks and chiping ice.

the pondo site is comming along just fine. We don`t know how far into detail we plan on going but hopefully we get there fast.

Well we recently cut down 4 trees around my yard so they wont fall on our home

the work on the old shed got a boost of movement considering some give cards i had picked up from a competition at work. Odd as it is - i went big for the first couple weeks then stop doing it and still cashed in. Rock on

well beyond that there is not much to gab about - later all!

stained the deck
Me and my gurl spent an entire day cleaning off and staining the deck. Talk about a chore and a half. It turned out very nice when it was all done so work well worth it. We did get a bit of paint on the side of the trailer but hay - still looks better than before.

our next project is the roof. Talk about a tough one there. I have never done any roofing before. Wish me luck!

more than one
I found out the other day that i have more than one boss. I got called outside on an impromptu meeting.

i have a feeling that they did it like this because they wanted to train me on the situation and nothing more. I was told that it was in concern of me talking to the girl.

the more i think about the meeting that crashed and burned - the more i think my bosses did the same acts that i did myself. None the less they are my bosses and as much as the company talks about pushing up. It is just not worth pushing. It is a dumb deal all together as i know of another manager that would have probably done a similar thing in a similar situation.

oddly enough this week... My counter part got yelled at because of another co-workers actions. The girls boyfriend seemed familiar to the extent that i think he works with my counterpart. I hope this doesn`t cause more problems then it needs.

none the less. I have learned my lesson and will take the necessary actions to not let it happen again.

ps - i did not fail at a computers - i still work on them and get paid - i just chose not to move out of state to make it my primary career!

Yesterday was a good day. Sami and myself went to rich`s splash bash. Had good fun - took some picutres - and swam around a bit.

It is the day of a trip. It is a managers meeting about being a better manager. Seems like there is a bit to learn there as they way it is organized.

although, since sleep has been a commodity to me - i will probably take my laptop so when i`m up at the wee hours of the night i will have something to do.

Well i figured it would happen. I was chose for the #1 club at ponderosa.

i wish i could have been more ecstatic when they announced the picked but my mind has been quite clouded lately. Not necessarily all bad things but all sorts of decisions that i need to make.

i am still living off the extra money that we moved on. It seems that it will be a struggle this coming winter with changes at work not slowing any. I have also heard a lot of accounts at my fiancee`s work are leaving. Somehow she is getting overtime but once again winter changes all.

my father will be going under the knife in the morning to see if the lump on his neck is going to be anything more than a sist. He has had one before on this tail bone so i do not think much of it right now. You know being all optimistic and such.

i have a lot of things to do around here and the list seems to always get longer. So far nothing really expensive. Although, i have a bad feeling that a couple of trees are going to cause some expenses. Take it as i see it.

i do halft to thank all that has helped me and my fiancee through the years. It seems that people like to help us even though i really don`t want the help. I guess it is a since of pride or possibly they could be helping somebody else that need it more than us.

- a smile today could mean a changed life to somebody else.

- the honest working couple will probably never have a lot of money or even belongings for that matter. This is beginning to become of a dieing breed as it is easier to cheat, lie and steal for success -or- to be a bump on a log and complain about that working person in hopes to pull them down to there level instead of working up.

people think that the working couple shouldn`t have what they got or didn`t work hard for their things. The difference is they don`t complain / brag about the work so it goes un-noticed. This could also be a reason why they can never be more than middle class as they are easily overlooked.

you want to find somebody you can learn from then learn from the middle class working couple.

puppy is growing up
Well the title gives it away - the pup is just over 12 weeks old and 6.4 pounds. Yup just 6 pounds!

there isn`t much new going on except that the puppy tried to go swimming again today and she is almost all up to date on shots. Now should i get her fixed or have a litter...

Yup we got the puppy. Since i had named the cat `shadow` the dog got named by my counterpart. So she is now called `ruby` and a spit fire she is.

another note - i had learned yesterday that managing a kitchen and working in one is two different worlds. Had my first go on the back of the house and got my first very unhappy talk from my boss.

string out my nerves it did considering that i am already harder on myself than most would consider. Her solution is the one we go with because she was the one slinging fire. Personally, i did not expect to do a great job the first time... I just wished it went better. Oh well, i had been punished by missing out on easter day church.

when i first started my last job there was more `interesting` problems that dealt with fellow employees. Until next time..

Who would of thought? I guess ponderosa of westbranch thought that i have what it takes to manage.

although being a bit worried because in the 5 months that i have been there three managers are gone or leaving. This makes the management staff pretty much new and causes some serious lag time for me learning stuff.

oh well i say! This is not the first time that i have been through a major shift in control and most likely not the last. The new object is to go with the flow and follow the light at the end of the tunnel.

I had this picture that was drawn on a cd case way back in the day ( on a bus to a tech center in my high school days ). Basicly it is a gauntlet holding a couple lightning bolts.

now the problem with this picture was there is no define thumb. Soo years and years go by and i come across somebody who could draw a bit. I`m sure he doesn`t consider himself a great artist but what he did for my picture was astonishing. Now that i had a defined thumb i adobe photoshop it to match the colors that i wanted it to be . I think the next then i`m going to do is frame it in memory of that good guy back in my hs days.

for those of you who read this and know me personally. This exquisitely shows how i do not forget my past. I use it throughout my future.

i have the dvd burner/reader for my computer that the website of the make is gone. So i did some searching for this difficult to find firmware and came up with version 170 - 171f

if you unfortunately have came across this peace of hardware then to make it a usable drive you must update its firmware. I would suggest at least to version 140f or later. The link below is for the version 171f witch is probably the last version that there is going to be. So grab it and fix it.

it has been a month
So a few things have been happening around these parts. I put in a drive way, fixed up some wi-fi issues, started helping the local insurance co, xmas shopping and so on. Well, life in my new location has defenatly slow down considerably. I ended up making a clock out of a cd and hard drive platter. Pics of that will be up soon. Hay there people. I`m moved into my new crib now. The move itself was interesting. It was a trickle every time i came up before the sighning by the car load. Then after i officaly owned it it took two trips with my fathers truck and trailer to get everything we wanted to keep here. After that i spent alot of time getting the water running, gas changed over, cable turned on, painting the bath and putting some kool seal on the roof. I`m still in the hunt for a job and that is priority at the moment. So this means that i will fade back into the scean just as slowly as i left it. I do have in the plans for my new place to finish my garage so i can turn it into computer central. Well its late and time for sleep - later all - electroman

I had set up a ftp and made it so cottonballs can run his bot off of my server. He probly has a few bugs to work out yet but hell. Its a better connection then what he has at his crib. I hope it all goes welll for that part. I also may just put a section on my site with the commands for the bot. Well, later - electroman

The bot has been updated!! Weee!! Now i have more storage for norp! The server went from a p3 450mhz with 60gig of hd space to a p4 cele 2ghz with 200gig of hd space. This means i can make it do more stuff without getting stuck on 100` useage all the time. Well take care people! One project done!

Hay there people. I had plans to work on the #infonomicon bot tonight but my coworker`s mother in law is in the hospital. This means it is a good possiblility that the infonomiconites will see little of electroman the next week or two. When i get time again i will post a to-do list on what is to come of the website and other projects i have in mind.
